Returns & Refund Policy
At Words for Healing, every book is printed to order especially for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases — please choose carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@wordsforhealing.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the damage or defect
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@wordsforhealing.store.
UK Consumers — Your Legal Rights As our books are custom-printed to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which excludes goods made to a consumer's specification). Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain fully intact.
