How We Fulfil Orders All books sold through Words for Healing are printed to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, BookVault. This means your book is produced especially for you after your order is placed.
Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched.
Delivery Times
- UK: Estimated 3–10 business days after dispatch (up to 2 weeks in total including printing)
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Delays Whilst we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to postal and courier services, particularly during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within your expected window, please contact us at hello@wordsforhealing.store and we'll look into it for you.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, details will be provided by BookVault once your order has been dispatched.
